Many customers today are not leveraging CIs and Services in the Change process, and when they do the CMDB data is often missing or incomplete. This affects their ability to accurately assess the impact and risk of changes and proactively suppress incidents and events when a change is made.
Join this session for a deep dive into CSDM for Change Management. ServiceNow product experts will share their perspective on how to leverage the CMDB to effectively map your technical, application, and business services in order to achieve your desired change outcomes.

Join us for a deep dive into the relationship between CSDM and Digital Product Release (DPR). Coming out of this session we hope that you'll feel confident in adopting DPR, in the context of where you are with your CMDB, and understand how, once implemented, DPR can help facilitate proper adoption of CSDM. |
Policies in the product release process ensure that products are developed, tested, and deployed in a manner that aligns with governance control objectives, such as maintaining data security, compliance, and risk management. By incorporating approval workflows, documentation requirements, and audit trails, these policies help ensure accountability and transparency. This session will show how this alignment enables organizations to meet regulatory standards and mitigate risks while delivering products efficiently and securely. |

I don't see any update to say Jan 23rd was cancelled aside from when I tried to get into today's meeting and it says in Zoom "The webinar is scheduled for Thu. Feb 27."
