Installation Instructions

  1. In your instance, navigate to the DemoHub App application in the navigator
  2. Click DemoHub Sync.
  3. It will run for a few seconds; this is grabbing the most recent additions from DemoHub build files.
  4. In the new DemoHub console, choose IT workflows, ITSM business unit and any skill level as shown below.find_real_file.png
  5. From the return list select "IT Workflows: ITSM Pro SKU - Grow To Pro (Outcome)"find_real_file.png

Points to Note:

  1. The first-time installation of the demo will take some time as it installs all the necessary plugins, configuration files etc.
  2. Please ensure to refer the segment “Pre-Requisite Manual Steps – To be executed Once after Step 2” outlined within the narrative document.
  3. Hereafter, for any subsequent run of the demo, run Step 4 (Loaders) before every demo to refresh the demo data.
  4. Refer to the Narrative Document for detail demo flow.

I recently ran this demo and none of the dashboard details populated while reviewing the Devops - Insight Dashboard... to be certain I reloaded my data again and still no luck.
