Service Catalog is our most adopted application and it's also the application that our support team gets the most questions about. Our Service Catalog focus in Jakarta was to make Admin life better by greatly simplify troubleshooting and testing.   This session will dive deep into an awesome new visual catalog debugger which will show your customizations and tell you which are problematic.   We'll also detail the new support for using ATF (Automatic Test Framework) with your catalog which will significantly speed upgrade testing.

 

This webinar provides detailed information about the newly added features to Service Catalog in the Jakarta release. We will share with you the intent behind these features, how you can use them most effectively and other best practices.

For five years she worked with Professional Services, during which she successfully implemented projects with over fifty customers. She has developed a deep understanding of what makes an implementation succeed, how to overcome obstacles to getting there, and the underlying importance of strong partnerships. Additionally, having worked with for a partner, Anne brings a capacity to develop and mature ServiceNow's partner relationships.
