We have seen some requirements on re-ordering the UI actions Present in the SOW .
Let's learn how to meet the expectionations, for this Article am going to use Indident Record, but the configurations remains the same for all the records ( Change,Request,Problem, incident, etc..).
Step 1: Type "sys_us_form_action_layout" on the App navigator :
Step 2 : Type "*SOW" on the Action Config Column and look for Incident record:
Step 3: Open the Incident Record
Step 4: Before making any changes , make sure you are in the right Application Scope, for my example "Incident Management for Service Operations Workspace application"
Step 5: Scroll down in the record and look for the related list called " UX Form Action Layout Items"
Step 6: Change or add the order of the labels (UI actions):
Result : Before and after the configuration:
Note : InfoMessageUnify actions to merge Form Action Layout Items, Global UI Actions, and Global DAs into a single consolidated list. This will make it easy to control the display of actions in the layout including order, visibility, and color treatment. After merging, actions will no longer automatically be inherited and new global actions will need to be manually added to the layout. This cannot be undone.
Which means you can also use the other Related list tab called "All Global UI Actions " and "All Global Declarative Actions" to make changes to other UI actions on the same form.
Hope this Helps you in your learning Jouney !!

@Community Alums I echo Stefan's comment. How do we re-order the UI Form Actions that are members of a UX Form Actions Layout Group?

@Stefan_Garcia I figured this out! To change the order of the UX Form Actions within a UX Form Actions Layout Group, you will have to change the order of the source UI Actions.
Example:
The UX Form Actions Layout Group "Create" which is used for SOW Interaction, has UX Form Action members, one of which is Create incident.
We see from the UX Form Action record that it is using the UI Action "Create Incident".
Open that UI Action, and update the Order field.
Repeat this for all the members of the group.
Hope this helps!

Is it possible to move UI actions from the dropdown to be always present. Like move the "Create Incident" UI Action to the right of "Resolve"?

@Patrick Rodrigu Removing UI Actions from the Overflow drop down in SOW is pretty easy, but remember doing this will cause skipped records on version upgrade, unless you are doing this in a custom Workspace.
I will be using "Copy Incident" for this example:
-First, complete @Community Alums 's instructions up through Step 5.
-Locate and open "Copy Incident" from the list
-Open the item from the UX Form Action Layout item preview
-Uncheck "Overflow" and then Update.
-If you want "Copy Incident" to be shown to the right of "Resolve", you will need to update the order from 0 to 1, then save.
-Verify your change by opening an Incident in SOW:
Hope this helps!

This entire thread was indeed very helpful. A great learning experience going through these screens.
Since this is an area of which I know nothing, SN Utils certainly helped with getting my scope 'journey' through the screens. Thanks to Everyone!! One day I would like to contribute... I am in awe of what is shown in the Community!!!
