Introducing CONCORN Snow Adapter 1.0 full integration between SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and ServiceNow. 

Change Request Management
Integration with Urgent Change, Normal Change, Admin Change and General Change. Also includes Preliminary Import Integration.

Incident Management
Create incident in SAP Solution Manager and automatically push it ServiceNow. Close the incident in ServiceNow and it will automatically close in SAP Solution Manager.

Application Operations
Application Operations Alerting integrated with ServiceNow. Alertin will have Bi-Directional integration and actions.

Change Request Management (ChaRM)

HYBRID
The Administrative part of the Change, is controlled by ServiceNow and the operative part of the process is controlled by SAP ChaRM. Is an integration of booth tools workflows.

IT Service Management – (Service Desk)

NATIVE
Every time that you create an incident from SAP (SAPGui or FIORI), the system creates the incident directly in ServiceNow.

HYBRID
 All the incidents are replicated in both tools, and any activity (add new attachments, add new text, changes responsible, etc) are replicated in the opposite system.

IT Service Management – (Service Desk)

NATIVE
With the integration of Alert Inbox directly with ServiceNow, you can create incidents directly on ServiceNow from the Alerts.

BADI INTEGRATION (AUTO)
You can use the BADI of Alert Inbox to create ServiceNow Incidents

Hello, Is the intergation is from SolMan to Servicenow only or can we have tickets from ServiceNow can be created automatically in SolMan ?.
