ServiceNow Document Viewer
I cannot view attachments, when i click on the attachment view link 
Enable document viewer Document viewer is a platform feature that will enable users to view enterprise class documents (*.pdf only) inline within the platform attachment instead of downloading it to the local device and then
opening the documents with a locally installed viewer.
How to do:

"glide.ui.attachment.force_download_all_mime_types" |
 | 08. update value to false. |
 | 09. Click Update / Save |
