Hi All
I am starting a new series of ServiceNow TitBits. It basically will comprise of some development tips on ServiceNow that sometimes get overlooked and hard to find.
Please mark "helpful" if it is of any value to you :
1. Previously, the scratchpad variables could not be used in workflow notifications. With the London release, the scratchpad variables can be used in the workflow notification, and thus no need to trigger events or write elaborate email scripts.
