we can call Email script from email template it's help us to reduce the calling the email script for multiple notification . if we use one template for multiple example : incident,problem,change we set template as a same but we can reuse our code with writing Dynamic scripting . we don't want to call our email script we just take that email template ..if it's helpful then mark as right.......
