Hello Everyone,
I am trying to access AI Agents Studio → Overview page (ServiceNow Demo instance), but I am encountering the following error:
“403: You do not have permissions to access this page.”
I have already installed the following plugins:
Now Assist for AI Agent
Now Assist for ITSM
I am assigned the sn_aia_admin role as well as the admin role.
Could you please let me know what possible reasons might be causing this issue, or if there are any additional roles, configurations, or entitlements required to access the AI Agents Studio?
