Access Controls on the catalog forum

Hi,

In this catalog items we have a variable software Name which is a list collector reference to alm_license table. As an admin user, if I request for "USER A" software entitlements are showing up in drop-down to select But if I impersonate "USER A"  and test for the same user "USER A" - software entitlements are not showing up in drop-down to select.

Available ACL's on table:

The users with snc_internal roles are able to select the entitlements on the form but

The problem is with the users having both snc_internal role and sn_esm role are not able to see the entitlements

"USER A" is having both sn_esm_user and snc_internal
And in the read acl to UI page Sn_esm_user role was added.


Please help me ASAP.

did you check the user passes at least 1 table.None READ ACL?

how many table level READ ACLs are there on that table?

Any field level READ ACL on name field etc?

1 read acl for UI Page, 1 for table.rights
