Access to a new module

Good afternoon colleagues.

I have a problem and I don't know how to solve it. I have created a new table in my instance and as you know some roles are created and I decide to create a new module to display the data of the record.
But for example if I want users with ITIL roles to see it, I add the roles to the module and when I impress a user with ITIL roles I can't get that module to be seen. I have tried with other profiles and I have not been able to see it.

I have changed the can read, can write, can create and can delete of the table and it is not shown either. I have tried to remove all the roles and leave it without roles and I still can't see it. I have re-created the roles and still can't see it, I have added more Modules and they never show.

I have tried logging out and logging in with another admin profile and I can never see it. But if I give them the direct link to the table it works and they see the records.

Does anyone know how to fix this kind of problem?

Look wired. Try to do cache.do, and clear the cache , logout and login again.

Faced the same issue, Try populating the "Name" field on the application menu (by default only "title" was being populated). This fixed my issue.
