Add external dashboard to ServiceNow

Hi,

I've been asked to explore the option of adding an external systems (LogicMonitor) dashboard to ServiceNow, I have the URL for the external dashboard and thought it would be as easy as creating a new dashboard, and adding and new iFrame content block and adding the URL but this doesn't display anything... am I approaching this wrong or missing something:
