Add "Copied from - {change_number}" from change created by "Copy Change" UI Action

Hi,

 

I am creating a new change request by clicking on "Copy Change" UI Action on Change Request form.

I want the newly created change request to have a comment which is : "Change Copied from : {change_numebr}".

Is there anyway to achieve this?

Please check OOTB copy Incident UI action and make the changes for change UI Action. Same functionality available in incident.

Thank you for your suggestion.

I did refer to the Copy Incident UI action.

For change management, the business rule which is there to modify have protection policy applied to it hence not able to edit that.
