Adding new Language as Slovenian in Language Table removes langauge option from user preference

Created a new record in language for system localization for Slovenian removes the option to select the language from user preference of Logged in User.

I dont want to remove or hide any language . I am adding a new language which makes the language choice disabled/hidden automatically.

So, you want to add an option like in the screenshot, similar to how we have the Timezone selection?
