Additional Comments and Work Notes Blank on Service Portal

We recently upgraded our instances to Vancouver and are now experiencing an issue with communication on the Service Portal. All comments (additional comments and work notes) show up "blank". We can see a comment was added but we can't see what that comment was.

I have verified this issue on multiple different accounts and browsers. I tried resetting the browser to default settings without luck.

 

Comments are being sent via email and we can see the comment on the platform side, so this doesn't have us dead in the water, but some end users are used to using the portal to communicate and it is frustrating for them to have to rely on email.

I would suggest created a ServiceNow Support Request to get assistance one this.

Now support created PRB1720323 for us.
