I want to up skill one level up but I don't know which training can move Next level: +1 Key? I follow my training requirement so far but none can earn this +1Key.

These are not gained by a training completion but rather with certification.

TL;DR

The easiest way how to get a key is to get 100 Accepted solutions on this very Community forum OR to take and pass a mainline certification (CSA, CAD or any CIS one).
