Approval Customization in Change Management

I have a new requirement in change management module:

In the category dropdown I have one value as "Application". If Application is selected, then corresponding applications will be shown in the sub-category field. In the subcategory application some are corporate applications, if that applications are selected then the approval will be redirecting to a particular group say, A. If the remaining applications are selected then approval has to go to another group say, B. How to do this?

You update that in your (work)flow. It's just an addition to how you select the approvers.

You can update the approval policies that has been called in Flow/workflow.
