Approval for RITM is geting auto approvered despite having 3 approvers

Whenever one of the approver is requesting catalog item. Approval is getting auto approved despite having 3 other approvers. Is this OOB functionallity ?

Hello @Prateek1 ,
On the RITM you have "show workflow" in the Related links. You can check whether the approval was triggered or not.
There are some edge cases. If you are asking for an approval for a user's manager, and the manager field is Empty, then it is auto approved.

This is happening in flow. And approval is getting triggered. but is directy says approvered. not requested.

the place where the approval is configured, did you check what's the approval rule is set?
It would be Anyone approved
Are you using workflow or flow?
