Hi Guys,
We have approval requests triggered for approval to system admin user for the CMDB task. This is strange and unclear how they are triggered. Kindly please let us know what would be the reason these approvals are being triggered.
and also please check the screenshot attached for the reference.

Hi @Ashokbabul ,
have you verified if there is any scheduled job creating the task? If you look in the ticket created, who is it then created by? From my point of view you need to do a little digging.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

Hi @AndersBGS
we have found that there is a schedule job running and it is run as system admin. please check the screenshot attached and
- the schedule job is "CMDB DependentCI Policy Processor" and
- there is a table "cmdb_data_management_policy" where the policies are defined. and
- there is a system property "cmdb.dependent.ci.cascade.op.enabled".
- we are assuming that this schedule job is the reason for triggering those approvals. could you please let us know whether our assumption is right ?
