Hello everyone,
In our Knowledge Management system, there's a workflow that generates an approval in the 'Review' phase when creating articles. Now, the issue is: whenever the approver approves the request, the system automatically resets the approval status back to 'Requested' after a certain period.
Relevant workflows or scheduled jobs were not triggered during the times this reset occurred. Does anyone have an idea if there's an OOTB business rule or something similar that resets an approved request back to 'Requested'?

That's a very unusual suggestion. Try repairing the Knowledge Management plugin first, and if that doesn't work, log a Now Support case.
