Attach file before request is created

We have one task: For specific catalog items, before request is submitted we have to attach one file (based on the values selected while submitting) to the RITM. How can we achieve this requirement.

Hi there,
With a file you mean an attachment? Is it an attachment someone needs to be able to manually add? Or is it always the exact same attachment that automatically needs to be added?

Hi @Mark Roethof - Yes it will be attachment. Based on the values end user select we will attach the file.. so it will not be exact same attachment.
