Attachment is not showing in interaction record if we open interaction from list view

Hi All,
Whenever user reply to an interaction record with attachment ...both attachment and mail is visible in workspace view of interaction...but whenever I am opening the same interaction record from list view of table only mail is showing attachment is not visible with mail. Please help me with this
