Automation for Assigment group creation

i want to automate Assignment group creation when user submit the catalog fill required variable submit automatically create group with group members

my issue after submit the request group was created in groups table but user was not push into group from the list collector.

for the i used flow designer please review the attached screen shorts for reference and let me know the what mistake i make

are you successfully able to iterate using For Each on that list collector?

that list collector should refer to sys_user table, then only it will work
