Can't able to view fields from list view

Hi Community,

 

For one of the user, they can able to see the state and substate from form view in RITM table. But can't able to see in personalized list , list view . Can anyone help on this .

do they have personalize_list role?

Also did you check any add_to_list ACLs on those 2 fields is hiding State and Substate field?

@Ankur Bawiskar user don't have that role and also there are no ACLS for those 2 fields

if they don't have that role then they can't personalize their list

that role is clearly required in Docs

Also may be the List View which they are seeing might not be having the State & SubState field in it

some view rule might be restricting and taking those users to particular list view and that list view doesn't have those 2 fields

check as an admin

@Ankur Bawiskar when we have impersonated that user and checked, it's showing from list view . But he is saying he can't able to see . Please help on this
