Hi All ,
Can we use System Properties directly in a Decision Table in ServiceNow? If not, could you please provide alternative ways to achieve this and explain the steps? with scripts.

Hi Chandan,

For Decision tree to fetch dynamic input from sys properties we can achieve it via flow designer
Create a Flow Variable which contains property value
in Flow add Decision tree and pass the input variable value the Decision Results will have you outputs to be passed down to next best action on flow.
