catalog item was taking long time to load in the service portal.

Hello Team,

 

We are facing an issue while loading the catalog item form in the service portal. it is taking more than 2 min and meanwhile, we are receiving the pop up as "The page isn't responding". We have checked the on-load script on the item, and we don't have any on load scripts on that particular catalog item.

The issue was happening on one Network and in another network, it is working as expected. we are not why this issue was happening. 

 

Kindly help me with this issue

Hi,

So you saying this issue is only happening on one specific catalog item, and only when loading when you are on a specific network?

That sure sounds strange, considering you have checked your onLoad Client scripts.

Did you also check your onChange Client scripts? Some functions there can be triggered onLoad aswell.

What happens if you duplicate this Catalog item, and run it. Does the same this happen then?

Please check if the widget is using OOB catalog item (sc_cat_item_v2) on the Service Portal
