Dear all,

I have an Incident default view form where when I open an Incident I can see the Category and SubCategory field in Read only as seen in attached picture

In my  use case, I need to set the Category  field mandatory and SubCategory vidible only when Category field is filled.

I could not find why those fieds are in readonly on formload when you create a new incident

Any help or idea?

regards

@User687957

any UI Script OR Data Policy is making it read-only?

Hello @Ankur Bawiskar , I have notice that if I try to change the fields category from the incident list view and not within the form, then the field is not editable either.

This conclude that it cannot be a UI policy or Client script which affect only form view.

So seems to be definitly an ACL but then is there a good tool to identify which ACL prevent this ?
