Catelog Item Request Approve flow cannot be triggerred

Hi All,
I' facing a problem, I created a catalog item and flow designer as below.

But the flow can not be triggered when request created from portal.
I know that there is a business rule named [Start FlowDesigner Flow] exists, and the request item stage need to be 'request_approved'.( we are not allowed to change this business rule)

The request item ticket status is waiting for approval.
What else can I do to trigger the flow?

this workflow will triggered when submitting request from portal and request will be autoapproved if the price is under 1000.
I want to trigger the access approve flow I created when submitting a access request from portal.
but the service catalog request workflow.

@ShuangChang

it should happen OOB.

Did you check for some other catalog item as well which has flow associated to it?

@Ankur Bawiskar
Yes, I confirmed the ootb item: [Add/Remove users from group], and submitted a request from service portal.

but the request is auto-approved because the price is under 1000.

@ShuangChang

that's OOB if the price is under 1000, it will auto approve

you should not delete this. As it's the OOB workflow on sc_request and is responsible for the catalog engine to kick the RITM workflow or flow

Please restore it
