Hello guys ,
Actually i have create a custom model as same as the normal , i need the ask for approval, for that i created a change approval policy , with the inputs as the change_request and model as my custom model .
then also i created decisions and the results . but it is not sending any approvals , i searched for it , for normal it has a flow called normal - assess
Do i need to create a new flow like that or can i change model in that flow .?

No, add the condition in the OOTB change process flow and include a condition to check if the ‘model’ equals your model. Then try it, but make sure you set the approval policy correctly.

But the flow is not editable , it has a protection policy as read only.
