Change Request Auto Cancelled

Hi there, 

I have some Change Requests which is being Auto-Cancelled, but, when I've checked there is no other approval triggered.

This is the message:
Auto-Cancelled: The Planned Start Time has passed and was not approved by the System Owner or Manager

Anyone has any idea on this?

Look like some flow is running in backend? Are these system generated changes?

Hi AG, thanks for the response.

No they are not system generated. And they are using the "Change Request - Normal" Workflow.


I've checked Workflow hisotry and the 2nd approval wasn't even triggered.

In this case tough to find out the reason for this, you can log a Now support case.
