Change requests under change requests tab is not editable for few users

Change requests which are in state (closed/cancelled) under change requests tab is not editable by few users. Please let me know what could be the reason behind this.

As @Mark Manders correctly said, who is few users here? As far as I know once the life cycle of change is over no one can make changes in Record. and what field you want to change?

Hi Aswini,

So, does that mean you allow users to edit related change from the Related lists? If so, when you say 'some users' did you check for ACL of type write for the change request table? If not, please check over it.
