Hello community,
I have configured a Change Risk Assessment and it is working correctly. However, I would like to change the colors displayed in this evaluation.
Does anyone know where this configuration can be modified?
I would really appreciate any guidance.

Hi @Dyi
I don’t think we can change the color, and changing it wouldn’t add much value anyway. You can set the field color using the file style, or you’ll need to find the UI action with this name and check if anything is possible there.
Can you tell me what type of action you’re using to trigger this popup? Is it something like a custom popup?

Hi, thanks for the response.
This is the out-of-the-box Change Risk Assessment functionality, triggered from the standard UI Actions on the Change Request form in Service Operation Workspace (such as Risk Assessment and Calculate Risk). There are no custom UI Actions or custom popups involved; everything is using the default ServiceNow behavior.

Got it. You are on the Workspace (WS). WS is something built in the UI Builder and it shows where this configuration has been added. I’m not sure how to move forward. You need to check the declarative UI actions and then make changes, but in the source, it’s not that straightforward.
