Changes with a close code of "Unsuccessful" or "Successful with issues" should go review state

A change that is closed with the code "Unsuccessful, or "Successful with issues" should change state to Review

Hi @guru4 

That’s not possible because Review is a state where the Change Manager checks the change and decides whether it was successful or unsuccessful.

Only after that does the change move to the Closed state. This is the out-of-the-box (OOB) process.
You can refer to the flow diagram I shared earlier.
