CIM Spotlight

Hello Community!

My CIM Dashboard does not reflect the data under "Prioritized List Using Spotlight". The Spotlight is activated and correct table selected, but even after i execute the job it does not appear. What could be the reason and how to fix it?

We're working on our CIM implementation, and we used to "see" spotlight in CIM to help prioritize.  When I try to activate the plugin in my PDI, there is availability for Incident, Change, Request and Problem ... but CIM doesn't appear to be available anymore ... that'd be unfortunate for sure.  It was a great functionality to help prioritize as some of our CSI Registers have several hundreds of entries.  It was available prior to the WDC upgrade.  See attached.
