Complete change risk assessment in ATF

As part of ATF im trying to complete the risk assessment for change. I have used the custom UI and retrieved the components and set them but I get this error. Can anyone advise?

using ATF Custom Component Steps doesn't always guarantee your ATF test will work.

Sometimes the component is found when we retrieve but not found when the test actually runs.
