Does anyone know of a plug in or report that would list on-call staff from all (or a subset) of Assignment Groups--preferably in a calendar format?

Use the On-Call Scheduling Plugin
ServiceNow has the “On-Call Scheduling” feature under the “Schedule” module if your instance has the “Schedule” plugin enabled.
You can define schedules for each assignment group and then see who is on-call on a given day.
You can also create a schedule report, though it’s more list-based than a calendar.
Create a Custom Report
Use the ‘Roster’ or ‘Schedule Entry’ tables to pull on-call data.
You can filter by specific assignment groups.
For a calendar-like view, you might export it to Excel or Google Calendar after getting the data.
Integration with Calendar
Some teams push on-call schedules to Outlook or Google Calendar via REST API.
This gives a proper calendar view with all assignment groups.
Community/Store Plugins
Occasionally, there are third-party apps in the ServiceNow Store that offer advanced calendar views for on-call staff.
