Hello mates,

Below is my description:

Create a new menu item to allow an html formatted URL to be copied to the clipboard.

text of ticket number, URL behind it.

the item that defines these menu items is

Can anyone Please help me with this, Sharing my understanding we have to create a ui context menu Exp: HTML URL when user clicks on HTML URL then it should copy only incident as a link like INC000111.

Please let me know if i am correct and i need script for that i have tried few but not working, Not sure why it is not displaying context menu.
It should be same like below Copy Sys_id and Copy url

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar 
Not sure about the business requirement but they will share the INC000011 number in any messaging app i think to quick access, So user can redirect to the ticket (This would be any ticket not only incident) This will only be valid on form views of a specific record.

the end user need to copy that link to record and use that somewhere else?

You can have UI button on form and generate link to current record and show it via info messsage

Since I don't know the complete business requirement, this is what I shared

@Ankur Bawiskar  Not ui action because they want to use that HML type link where ever they want like incident, problem, New HR profile tables
