We are recently upgraded to Xanadu & using Service Operations Workspace ( SOW) . We are getting a issue like "u_custom_field1" (choice field) is showing blank suddenly even though it has a value ( shown in XML) in SOW. Some times if we refresh the page after few minutes/ seconds , then it will be visible & some times still blank. This is not consistent behavior . More over we can't predict the issue & unable to replicate the issue every time. We haven't seen this issue while working on Agent Workspace in Washington release.
So, can some one help me on this.
