I am trying to map the incoming email's body with HTML data and Richtext as it is to the custom html description field of incident. However, Inbound email processing is showing successful, but the description field is empty.
I tried to copy email body using data pill 'trigger-inbound email -> email record -> body' in flow designer.
When I test the flow by selecting 'test' option and by selecting an email record from email logs, at that time custom field is getting filled, but when I sent an email and check the custom field is blank and flow has no errors.
Please suggest.
