Hi,

I have one requirement on reports,

in reports I am using the score, to display the count of records, but when i click on the score it shows us a list view of that table for which we have created a report. so i want to configure a list view for that. By default It displays the view which I have personalized for that table. but I want a custom view for that when i click on that report number it should display a different view.

can anyone suggest to me how I can achieve this?

thanks in advance...

HI @Priyansh_98 ,
I trust you are doing great.

  1. Navigate to the "Reports" module and open the report for which you want to configure the custom view.

  2. In the report editor, click on the "Configuration" tab.

  3. Look for the "Score" field configuration. The score field represents the count of records in the report.

  4. Click on the score field to open its properties.

  5. In the score field properties, locate the "List View" section.

  6. By default, ServiceNow displays the personalized view for the table associated with the report. To define a custom view, select the "Custom View" option.

  7. Specify the desired custom view by entering the view's name or sys_id in the corresponding field.

  8. Save the changes to the report.
