Emails aren't being received from external addresses

Normally, emails are sent to servicedesk@xxxxx.com and auto-forwarded to the SNOW instance email address.

Internal emails are being received with no issue, but when receiving external emails, the @xxxxx.com address is receiving the email, but it gets stuck during the auto-forward.

The error is: Reason: [{LED=451 domain not found (not relaying for xx.xx.xx.xx)}

They only recently stopped being received a few weeks ago, not sure what changed.

I've also tested directly sending emails to the SNOW instance which works. The only issue is with the auto-forward from external addresses.

Hi @Ezra Kim ,

This does not seem to be an Servicenow issue. It's most probably an Exchange server issue where this auto forwarding rule is configured. Possible to check with the exchange team on this.

Thanks,

Danish
