Emergency Change - Auto Generate Review task

I need an auto generated review task for PIR(Post Implementation Review) and assigned to change Management Group.

Please Help me to solve an issue

Hi @Sakshi Lambat 

The PIR change task is already included in the workflow and flow of the Emergency Change Request.

There's conditions before this task get generated.

1. Unauthorized Change => Create PIR change task

This means the unauthorized field is true.

2. Related to Unplanned Outage => Create PIR change task

This means the Change Request associated to an Outage record [cmdb_ci_outage] with the type is not planned outage.

PIR task is there but work only with unauthorized changes or where change has outage but unplanned type.

For your case, plz modify the ootb flow and create a add a new task to support your requirements
