I've created a Record Producer to try to Create an Idea. I've got it all set up and when I try to enter the request via the service portal it gives the error "Please enter close notes before you close the idea." Now, I've got it scripted to be in the state = 1 which is Submitted on the im_idea_core table. Any ideas? I don't even see a close notes field on the idea/idea core table. Also, I was going this route because I thought it may be better than modifying the OOB widget for Creating an Idea. Thoughts?
