Hi guys,
I'm using eSignature plugin to approve but I have a problem when I push "approve" button.
Why, I see blank page into popup?
Now, I'm logging correctly using SSO, but I have problem with eSignature Approval.
Notes:
I've just activated Force AuthnRequest in IdP Properties and I loaded Service Provider metadata on IdP.
Into console of my browser (in this case Firefox) I have this error:
Load denied by X-Frame-Options: https://idp.ssocircle.com/sso/UI/Login?module=peopleMembership&HosSUP=true&ForceAuth=true...
Thanks,

Hey Jim, I'm curious how you were able to accomplish this? I'm running into the same problem but its because Microsoft doesn't allow iFrame authentication. Did you do a redirect?

If you are using > Paris version i-Frame no longer used for E-Signature instead it uses the browser.

Do you have E-signature working with SSO within the Service Portal? We use Azure AD for SSO and no luck with that combination.

I should have mentioned that it is working within the regular UI in Paris, but NOT within the Service Portal. That is still our biggest issue.

Same in Tokyo. We've just asked that everyone use the regular UI for approvals. Most of our users are not ITIL anyway so it simplifies the flow. Only one person needed to change their workflow.
