Dear Colleagues,
I am implementing the FSM Application, we decided to opt for "Task based Fulfillment" and skip the Qualification Step.
So if we create a new Work Order and we press on the "Ready for Dispatch" UI Action we expect the system to create a Work Order Task (which it does) set the Territory (based on the location we provide) and set the Dispatcher Group (based on the Territory) of that newly created Work Order Task, finally we want the Work Order Task to reach the "Pending Dispatch" State.
Unfortunately the values for Territory and Dispatcher Group are not set automatically.
We have set the Territory based on the Location, they also can be manually selected and are matching, but I want them to be automatically set and not via human input.
See Screenshot Below: There is a Territory connected to the Location provided, and I can select the Territory, but it is not automatically filled.
Furthermore, I want to stay as close to OOTB as possible and I want to avoid creating a BR that is not necessary.
