Getting an error while importing the knowledge articles

Hi Team,

I am working on the Knowledge Management, there is a issue user facing like when he is trying to import the article he is getting an error msg but the same document when another user is trying to upload then no error is coming.

And imp thing is they both are in same group from where they are getting the knowledge roles.

 

Please help me on this to know what may be the issue,
