Hi Everyone,
We have a requirement to provide read and write access to only sc_req_item table to a particular group.
All other tables should be restricted for this group including the self service ones.
Have written ACL's for this requirement by making a custom role, but it doesn't seem to work, the user is still not able to see any records of sc_req_item table and getting error.
If anybody can help me with this.

What is the use case?
As end users they will have access to few more tables, why do you need to restrict those?

Hi @shivangi k , @Anurag Tripathi ,
Thanks for the response.
The use case was to let some specific group of users who are not internal/external users but are supposed to assignee of the ritm, to see only those ritm records in native view.
However, this requirement is abandoned as of now considering feasibility, as for assigning any user to ritm required itil role.
