Has anyone created Change Requests from Jira?

I've been digging around the community and found a lot of SN-Jira posts but not the other way round. Our DEV team would like to fully automate Jira to SN specifically Change Requests. i.e. Create a change request and it go through start to finish from triggering it from Jira. Does anyone have any helpful resources we could utilize?

Looking into doing the same...integrate Jira/ServiceNow. My thinking is to take a fix build and create a ServiceNow Change Request. Curious to learn if you were sucessful in setting it up and how was the adoption?

I know its very late for this, have you implemented the change automation from JIRA using change velocity.
