Hi everyone i need to add "Experts on-call" icon to agent workspace contextual panel .

I need to add an "Experts on-call" icon to the agent workspace contextual panel. I added the” on-call experts” icon from Contextual side panel items under the workspace experience in the application navigator, but for configuration, we need to table configurations to display the content or recommended groups/contacts/CI  when we click the "Experts on-call" icon.

I found some videos we can add by creating a table configuration just by navigating Table configuration > under contextual search. but I didn't find anything special for adding and configuring the "Experts on-call" icon in the agent workspace. can anyone provide the steps and ways to add and configure?

 

 Any tips on if there is a better way to do this will be greatly appreciated.
