Hiding ui action after it clicked

Hi All,

We have a UI action called "View HTML"

And now the requirement is whenever if this "View HTML" button is clicked then this button should not be available  
How this can be achived?

I won't recommend it.

UI Actions are meant to be shown/hidden based on UI action condition.

This condition is evaluated only once when form loads, so it makes no sense hiding that button once clicked.

instead have proper condition so that it's shown based on when customer needs
